We came here and the rooms are not cleaned washroom walls were dirty sinks were dirty! The couch is broken looks like a cat or dog was scratching it before we even came in this room. And the old lady in the lobby is a snob towards people. We had to clean and wipe our whole room before we stayed thankfully we are changing hotels. Room service isn’t good at all. And when you call from desk there always busy and never answer your call. Do not go here! 4/10 hotel
The breakfast was good and the room size was generous
I'm a big fan of the IHG hotels, but this was our first Staybridge. Have another one booked next week in London. Room was huge, great sized pull out and a side couch, everyone was happy having their own sleeping spaces. Not fancy, but functional. Like most IHG properties, this one had free breakfast. Something for everyone, again, not fancy, but functional. The pool was a bit meh, kids saw it and took a pass, but you're in Edmonton, why aren't you in the water park anyways?!? Clean suits, budget friendly, great location.
Rooms are lovely! Staff is friendly. Great included breakfast and lots of parking. Happy hour is a nice touch!
