Mr. Rob, the front desk person was given us a hard time being extremely rude when checking in he claimed to be the manager on site but his name tag different. He was giving some super hard time checking him in and being extremely rude for no reason we were paying customers had our room schedule. I recommend staying at another location due to Mr. Rob himself.
My family stayed 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Place was close to the airport, shopping, restaurants and freeway. Rooms were spacious, clean, quiet and well stocked. Breakfast buffet was fresh with a great variety. Parking was easy and safe. Staff were helpful and friendly. We even had the large pool to ourselves the majority of the time. Would definitely recommend and book again when in the Tucson area.
