I booked 3 rooms back in March 2026 for a July 31st date of same year. Five days prior to July 31st I received a phone call from Staybridge stating that their boiler broke and they will not have hot water for the weekend we chose. Did we want to cancel or change dates? Really? We were going to a wedding that weekend..so not changing of dates. They did not offer a sincere apology, they did not offer to help us arrange another nearby hotel or even give us names of possible other properties nor did they offer to pay the differe... read more
