I don’t typically leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with both the room and the service. The two-bedroom suite was not in good condition there was noticeable animal hair throughout, including a big amount on the couch bed. The carpet and furniture were worn, and the bedding had stains. When I requested a rollaway bed, none were available, and I went and picked up a vacuum myself after requesting one just because I wanted to hurry up and clean up the animal hair. We had such an amazing stay! This hotel is absolutely perfect for families. The indoor swimming area is a huge highlight—spacious, super fun, and very well maintained. It really felt like a mini indoor water park, and the kids couldn’t get enough of it! Everything throughout the hotel was impressively clean and well cared for, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The location is also fantastic, with plenty of nearby activities, dining options, and things to do—so we never ran out of ways to enjoy our time.... read more
