This is my favourite IHG hotel in Alberta. Service has been excellent every time I'm here. Rooms are clean. Location is convenient in red deer. Close to the highway and stores and restaurants. Lynon and the other folks at the front desk are always friendly and accommodating.
A great hotel which has convenient access and has a good selection of food choices nearby. Also found the hotel was very clean and well kept making for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The check-in with Lynon was excellent. So fast and efficient!
Staff and management were very accommodating and ensured that I had a great stay; I did have a great time and this hotel is perfect for staying. Very quiet, courtyard was great to get some fresh air, and pool was very well maintained. Breakfast was the best part of the stay as we didn't have to worry about going somewhere to eat as the hotel had more than enough breakfast to kickstart our day.
