I love it! The staff are sweet, friendly, and so helpful! I was able to fully charge my EV overnight, across the road, and breakfast, the gym, and the pool are lovely! Wow!!
Location the frint desk it's a staybridge and hoilday inn combined. Very clean. They have an actual breakfast for tne breakfast in the morning it was so good
This hotel is excellent. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable, front desk staff is very friendly, and the maids do a great job. Although the suites have a well stocked kitchen, the hotel bar and restaurant also do a great job and have a decent food selection. The complimentary breakfast is also great. One recommendation is to better stock the market, such as with frozen meals and better snack selection, but this didn’t have a major impact. Great clean hotel. Only issue is the poor Internet but that's a common issue with hotels.
I stayed in Port Elgin at the Staybridge for the first time and it was a wonderful experience. Every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. I want to thank Janne at the front desk. Jeff, Ruby and Tammy at the lounge really make the guests feel at home. Lastly, Heather. I didn't catch Heather's title but she was a lovely and went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Thanks to an amazing team!
