Overall good stay. Pool was clean. Breakfast at the top floor was nice. Loss of star was because the lady at the counter on check in asked if we wanted a snack or points because of my status and didn't give us the points. Don't say it'll be done then not do it because it would be missed if not checked and we'd never get it.
