Tiffany is the best front desk worker known to man. Woke up with a flat tire and instead of doing the bare minimum, she went above and beyond to help me get an air compressor. She deserves a raise or promotion for the kindness in her heart. Also the maintenance worker who helped me with extension cords and picking up the compressor deserves the same. Besides that the hotel was a great experience and stay. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at, which is a lot since I’m traveling for work every week.
Tiffany and Nadira deserve a raise! They showed me excellent customer service & I am so very appreciative. I will always stay here when I’m in Gatlinburg! 5 ⭐️
very close to dolly wood, clean and very good breakfast.
Perfect location. The only negative about the room is there is no safe but as far as cleanliness and comfort it was 5 stars!!! Will stay here again!
