Roshawn was so helpful and nice at the front desk. A little pricey but well worth the money. We got a 2 room suite, full size kitchen and 2 bathrooms. There was dishes, pans and even a dishwasher for our use. Don't listen to the reviews about no room service, we left for Dollywood and came back to a fully clean, stocked room. Breakfast every morning and certain days they have social hour with food and drinks.The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the pool's so small for such a big hotel.
Newer motel,Very clean,very friendly staff! Good breakfast, Awesome rooftop deck Only complaints are the pool and roof top close at 10 pm ,me and my family like to stay at places that let you enjoy the amenities for a bit after a day out on the town,If you get in at 9-930 leaves little time to actually enjoy the property ,also breakfast starts at 7 which is a bit later than most,and in most cases isn't a big deal,but in my case I had an appointment at 8am and was banking on breakfast being served at 7,I went up and was told ... read more
Close to Dollywood. Friendly Staff. Clean.
Just stayed one night but everything was very nice.l, clean, spacious room . Kids enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay there again. Minutes from The Island was a big plus.
We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Staybridge. We were thoroughly impressed with the room and amenities. Free laundry!!! (Bring your own detergent) Free breakfast!!! Free parking!!! There were different types of pillows to choose from, and the bathroom was spacious and glass door. The kitchen area was so impressive, there was a little stove, as we were able to cook homemade meals during our stay. Front desk staff Frank and Hannah were incredibly polite and accommodating.
