This hotel is top notch. The staff is very friendly and helpful
Reserved room but when we arrived we were told they did not have us. Had to call several different places to resolve it. Had free breakfast but not told were. 1 of 2 Elevator boke

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Staybridge. I have much to say so I’ll separate my points Location: from visiting Pigeon Forge for several years and being highly familiar with the area, this was a perfect location. It’s central to Pigeon Forge attractions and less than 5 minutes out of town and into the Smokey’s.
