Location perfect. Super safe upperclass neighborhood with tons of nearby shopping and resturants. The hotel was extremely clean, modern and cozy. Breakast was rated above normal for a chain hotel and the breakfast lady as well as checkin girl were so sweet and kind. The entire staff seems extremely friendly .. I travel alot and so I take my reviews very seriously because thats how I decide where I will stay... if I ever come back to this area it will be my hotel of choice. I give it a 12 out of ten
I had a wonderful two-week stay at the Staybridge Suites Overland Park while I was in town for surgery. The care and kindness from the entire staff made a long stay so much easier. A special thank you to Marcela for running such a great hotel. Stuart and the front desk team were always welcoming and helpful, and Alma provided a fabulous breakfast every morning. Beer offering during social event continues to be poor.
I live in hotels because of my work. I work overnights and despite the “do not disturb” sign they wanted to come in and clean the AC unit. Zero notice before hand. I understand where they are coming from but at least have some respect for 3rd shifters. Will not be staying here anymore.
