Completely incompetent on more than one occasion, which is a huge disappointment considering the excellent service I have always received from IHG. Seeing as I travel for work about 85% of the year and live out of hotels, I have to have medication shipped to me, it has to be refrigerated! Did I mention it costs a small fortune? Knowing that I would have a shipment coming soon, I let the front desk know, stressing the fact "IT HAS TO BE REFRIGERATED." Guy at the front writes a note, assuring me this would not be a problem. Stayed here with my husband for an anniversary trip. The hotel is easy to locate. The area was quiet, but we did go when school started back up, so not a lot of guests were at the hotel. The service was the only good thing about our stay. Front desk and breakfast host were friendly. Regrettably that is the only positive thing about this place. The room was not cleaned properly. There was a weird stain on the bathroom sink. Hair was all over the shower floor and on the bed sheets. The hand towels had weird stains on them too.... read more
I have to brag a little — the hotel keeps its standards high and is always well-kept, and the staff is truly awesome. But most importantly, I have to mention the amazing breakfast lady, Alma! She is absolutely incredible—so friendly, so positive, and always welcoming. Her warmth and energy make every morning better. She’s an all-around amazing person!
I wanted to let you know how amazing Soul the breakfast lady is in the morning. If she wasn't there I wouldn't eat. She brings life, joy, happiness and light to the atmosphere and it is felt in the food that she makes. Her genuine care and attention is outstanding. Always nice looking up to talking to her and seeing her in the mornings. She is awesome and would like for you to recognize her in anyway possible! Thank you Soul we will always remember you and come back to this hotel as long you're still there!
