Disgusting, Unsafe, and a Total Failure of Service ★☆☆☆☆ Pros: The staff seemed apologetic and location Cons: Severe safety issue for children, unhygienic conditions, complete facility failure, no real resolution. Our stay at the Staybridge Suites in Overland Park was a total nightmare from start to finish. The only reason we stayed here to begin with was because of my son's soccer tournament; this is where the whole team stayed. The lobby air freshener is excessive. Not a fan of the overkill with that. Makes it more so seem like you’re trying to hide something. Upgrade the TVs in the rooms to smart TVs so guests can watch streaming services or cast from their phone. It’s the future already, let’s get with the program and invest in a component that is high use and would receive appreciation. Amazed it’s not available.
This is a clean family friendly place.
We had a great and relaxing time. Everything is clean and the atmosphere is like home. Breakfast was good and we got a lot of options to choose from. The person in charge is very kind and friendly.
