This review is purely for the epic mess up on their part. I never stayed at their hotel. I stayed at their sister property (SpringHill Suites) in the same location/complex. Some other guest came to stay at SpringHill Suites but SpringHill was completely booked so they sent them to Staybridge Suites. I stayed at this hotel last week and unfortunately left a very important personal belonging behind. Getting it returned has been an incredibly frustrating experience. My first attempt was to call the hotel, but no one answered. I then sent an email and received no response for two days. The following morning, I called again and reached a staff member who told me she would check with housekeeping and call me back soon. I waited from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM, but no one ever called. We are really enjoying our stay at this hotel. The room has a small, clean kitchen, which makes it feel like a home away from home. The complimentary breakfast is fresh and starts early in the morning, with staples like eggs, oatmeal, and yogurt available daily. The hotel has a nice pool, and the staff are welcoming and attentive. Housekeeping is available daily upon request, and they do a great job keeping everything clean and comfortable.
