Horrible customer service… Said my accent was hard to understand, when I have a very moderate Australian accent and not once has it been queried. Possibly don’t hire reception staff that struggle understanding basic English. Nor, is it appropriate to ask someone from an English speaking country if they understand what you are saying at least 3 times... Very unpleasant. Shame on you Tina. Would not recommend…
Tried to book over the phone, Tina was incredibly rude and attempted to add an extra night to what we were trying to book, essentially trying to double our cost. Would avoid this place when there's alot friendlier options in the area,
Great hotel just wish they didn’t need the physical card in emergency situations, customer care was not as good as expected
Clean, recently built, quiet, comfortable, good enough breakfast, nice staff. The happy hours are very convenient when you don’t feel like eating out. The location is the only down side, nothing to do nearby.
