Today is 9/3/25, I am updating this review to inform ALL of ONGOING HOTEL ISSUE. My default CC was IHG that IHG made as default and verified prior to booking hotel. But on 8/7/25 this hotel charged the WRONG account and when we checked in the young girl gave us a credit receipt to the wrong account and charged the IHG. Both IHG and Costco Cards charged for this hotel stay however we were supposed to get credit on 8/7/95. Location was spectacular. Had a ton of shops and were downtown. The rooms were old but extremely clean. I'll take clean and old over dirty and new anyday. The lady at the desk was really nice.
This Staybridge location is close to the town center of Middleton, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks nearby to explore. This is a suites location so the rooms are spacious, with a full kitchenette. The rooms are decently furnished but some of the furniture is dated or worn. The rooms are apparently being upgraded with new appliances and kitchen counters soon. They kicked us out because my dad had an accident in the bed, he’s disabled and 70 years old and he in a wheelchair because he can’t not walk, we have been staying there for the past month so they were making good money off of us, what you did to us is very disrespectful and rude over a small incident what wonderful customer service and management Staybridge.
Great room, clean, well equipped, great location. Free underground parking a plus. Walking distance to lots of shops and eateries. Staff is friendly. Would definitely recommend!!
