We checked in on September 10 and checked out on the 16th… From the beginning it was bad… We were told we could check in at 1 o’clock and we arrived at the hotel at 5 o’clock and the room was still not ready. I stayed at this place for the past three weeks. They only cleaned the room once a week. When I raised my concerns with the manager, Mr. Sasha Boris, he was extremely rude and unprofessional in his response. He clearly lacked basic customer service skills. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Title: Perfect Stay! From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The staff was warm and welcoming, the room spotless and comfortable, and the location ideal—close to restaurants and attractions but quiet at night. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the small personal touches made us feel truly valued. Special thanks to Sam for making our check-out process smooth and friendly. Highly recommend and will definitely return!
