DON’T USE THEIR AIRPORT SHUTTLE. I live in south Orange County and parked my car there before going to the airport, for a much more affordable option. I waited at the airport for to be picked up for 45 min, despite calling 3 times. The Marriott van came and went 4 times and felt bad seeing me standing there and took me to the Staybridge. I’ll be parking at the Marriott next time!

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel. When I checked in, they didn’t have any available rooms because none of the rooms had water, and the front desk assured me they’d check that my room had water. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I finally got my room key and went up. A few hours later, I tested the water, only to find it didn’t work. Worst Staybridge I have ever stayed In, and I'm a Dimond Elite IHG member!! To start they will charge $15.00 dollars to park your car, It doesn't have a good selection food for the Breakfast or social hours, they won't have hot Coffee for the guests until after they serv the Breakfast!! When I asked the front desk, they told me that I could make Coffee in the room if I wanted some coffee!
