I have been an IHG Rewards member for over 20 years and have consistently chosen Holiday Inn properties nationwide. In all that time, I have never been charged for parking at a standard open-lot location like this. I booked this stay at $177 per night (over $200 with taxes and fees). There was no clear, upfront disclosure of a $15 parking charge during the reservation process. Only upon arrival was I informed that if I had a vehicle, I would be charged — or risk being towed. Very clean hotel. Great location. The lobby and breakfast area are always so clean. The breakfast chef, Rosie, does an OUTSTANDING job and she works very hard to supply you with a GREAT breakfast to start your day. The front desk staff are so helpful and happy that you're there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment.
Stayed here the night before a cruise. The lobby looks amazing...the room was decent. Loose tile on the floor in the bathroom and the shower door didn't stay closed while showering.
