Nice hotel. I travel quite often for work and this hotel has the best beds. Clean room with a lot of space and a great location near a mall and lots of places to eat. The only issue I have is that every time I’ve stayed here, the TV freezes a lot. Nothing to do with the weather, it can be clear and sunny. Something is wrong with their signal and it can make watching anything on TV frustrating
Great location! Very clean, rooms were very spacious, and the staff was very kind! Lobby is very spacious for lounging or working. Great variety of breakfast foods. I particularly liked the social evenings.
This hotel was pretty close to perfect , the breakfast was good , the indoor pool was warm we caught it with no one in there an was able to put our special needs grandchild in with her mommy an she loved it , the kitchen in the room is a bonus we cooked both nights an had there breakfast in the mornings. Easy access to target, Meier , Fayette mall , so many restaurants , a gas stations near by. Good location. I booked a room at this hotel, and on the day of, called them to ask about early checking-in. They said they would call me back when the room was ready, and they did. We arrived and was told our room had been overbooked by the manager of all people! I was offered other rooms that were not only not even close to the type of room I booked, but also costed less to stay in, but never once was offered any refund!
