Hotel feels old and not modernized, something from like 10 years ago. The elevator feels clunky and loud, the TV's in the room are super old cable TV's, the doors and walls are super thin.

I booked a night at this hotel on the IHG website in the evening before my arrival expecting to arrive the next day. The day I was to arrive I discovered that the room had been scheduled for the prior night. Realizing the error, I asked if the charge I received could be applied to the intended day. I was told they would not. There was no discussion of why this might be an acceptable exception to their policy.
