I booked a night at this hotel on the IHG website in the evening before my arrival expecting to arrive the next day. The day I was to arrive I discovered that the room had been scheduled for the prior night. Realizing the error, I asked if the charge I received could be applied to the intended day. I was told they would not. There was no discussion of why this might be an acceptable exception to their policy. It's my go-to for Sugar Land. Always clean, and they have great breakfast.
I had a great stay. The free breakfast and evening snacks were delicious and there are other restaurants close by. The shower pressure was a little low for my liking, more like a rain shower, but the room and service was great!
We stayed two nights. The staff were friendly and efficient, the hotel and room were clean, it was quite, and the breakfast choices were among the best I have seen. The location is not central but it is in a good area. I will definitely consider this hotel again the next time I am in southwest Houston.
Told me they take my lodging card was gonna switch hotels then I got there couldn’t get a room had 2 check back in at holiday inn
