I stayed at StayBridge suites in humble off the BeltWay 8. I am requesting that IHG investigate this incident, review the property’s management and guest service practices, and speak with the employees and guests who may have witnessed or experienced similar behavior. I also ask that IHG provide a written response explaining how this complaint was addressed and what steps will be taken to ensure that managers treat both guests and staff respectfully and professionally going forward
