My family and I stayed in this hotel from Thursday to Sunday and we loved every moment of it. The bathroom door in our room wasn’t closing and the manager had someone fix it right away. Not only did she get it fixed, she had the cook make a delicious egg breakfast (just for us) so she could make up for the inconvenience. She also accommodated us in other ways. 1 STAR - THEFT AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF Unbelievable....and to think, the gentleman who check us in on 10-17-2025 was the complete opposite of the experience I am about to share: My 14-year-old daughter and I stayed October 17–18, 2025. Within 15 minutes of checkout, I returned for forgotten items from the refrigerator. The same front desk employee gave me a key without verifying my identity. When I entered, all items were gone.
