We came just for a couple of days to explore Holland and surrounding beaches and state parks. It was a great trip, the hotel is really great, food is good, we really appreciate that both breakfast and dinner were served, it was so convenient, especially with kids, the facility is very clean, very well maintained and quiet, dogs are allowed and we had one with us too. Our stay overall was very good. Would stay again. We had a king room with pullout sofa and kitchenette. Room was very clean and housekeeping throughout our stay was very kind. Access to laundry was nice. Breakfast was overall good but would recommend getting there early as a couple of times food was gone by 8:30. Pool and spa was very clean. The hotel itself is great! Very clean, level 2 EV charging, and very close to downtown Holland! The negative- when we got our final bill, it was around $200.00 more for our 2 night stay than what was quoted on our confirmation email after booking on the IHG rewards member app. I showed staff the email and compared it to their statement and they agreed that the lower price should be honored.
