I wasn’t sure what to expect when I arrived at this hotel. The lobby is very small, but the woman at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which was definitely a positive. Unfortunately, the room was a different story. The hotel is very outdated, so if you prefer modern accommodations, I would recommend staying somewhere else. While the room included a kitchenette and appeared to be reasonably clean, there were dead insects on the floor, and everything felt very old and in need of renovation. Check in time is at 4 and our room is still not ready at 4:15 mind u there is no early check in this is ridiculous we’re not from down here do better please . Can yall at least accommodate or give me some of my money back mind u it’s 4:30 still waiting

We witnessed the most horrendous act of hospitality we’ve ever seen in the lobby. A manager actually raised her voice, as if she was in the hood, at a disabled man with a service dog, because the service dog was with him getting dinner. The man was calm and was trying to show her the law and his valid service dog certificate and , she called the police and had him evicted. We will never stay here again. I can’t believe a manager raised their voice at one of their customers. Shame on her

Paid $719 for 2 nights and maid service was never provided despite multiple calls to front desk. The swimming pool was so nasty that most people with me wouldnt get in. OK for a lesser expensive property but when paying $360 a night you expect more. Upon checkout, the manager was informed of these issues and his reaction was flippant at best.
