Their rooms are not truly handicapped assessible. The tub was a regular tub with bars. Bed was too high for handicapped folks.
Great hotel. Staff was so nice and helpful. Room was very large, and the kitchette was great to have. thanks for a great stay guys.
We had a great experience at this hotel! They offer a full breakfast everyday, Mon-Wed they offer social hour which offered wine and beer and appetizers from 5:30-7pm. They had an awesome pool outside but they struggled to keep the swim towels stocked for use. There is no air in the elevators which made it quite hot at times. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again.
It's a decent hotel. It feels like some attempts were made to upgrade the hotel but it feels like it was half done. You have a mix of new fixtures with older fixtures. It feels old when you've been staying at other IHG hotels with more upgrades. There are so many rooms with one very small and slow operating elevator. It's not bad if you just need a place to stay and you're hardly in the room.
