Rooms are always spacious and clean.
This would have been my second time staying at this location. However, I received an email the morning of my arrival stating they had oversold the hotel and that I was being rebooked elsewhere. Nowhere in the email did it state where I was being rebooked, instead, it stated, To minimize the disruption to your trip, we have arranged accommodations for you at [Hotel Name], a nearby hotel that offers comparable accommodations.” Thank goodness I wasn’t on my connecting flight yet as I had to call the number on the email to figur... read more
Rooms are decent and clean. It’ll probably take give or take an hour to get picked up.
The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a good selection. I was disappointed to see the $15 daily parking fee, but noticed it was also at other hotel properties on Tower Road. Staff was friendly.
I would never had booked to stay here if I had realised they have the audacity to charge their own customers for parking in their own parking lot. This is the fist time ever in all my travels to the US I have had to pay to park somewhere that I am already paying to stay at. Other hotels right next door do not charge. Do not book to stay here.
