The reason I'm leaving a bad review is because after our breakfast while we were trying to gather our kids, our non verbal special needs boy went missing. We were frantic I went to the concierge to see if he had cameras and can see if he could spot him anywhere. His complete lack of urgency and Care to help us and he just went back to doing what he was doing was very upsetting.. the wait staff and other families were helping us. Nos gustó mucho este hotel ya que está muy cerca de lugares importantes que se pueden visitar a pie como la Casa de moneda (hay que hacer cita para el tour guiado gratuito en la página en internet), el Capitolio (visitas guiadas cada hora), la Biblioteca Pública, El Museo de arte moderno, la Catedral, la 16 st con sus restaurantes y tiendas que tiene transporte gratuito. Amazing hotel! It is near the 16th street mall, downtown and right next it the fire fighters museum. The location next to the Denver mint and court house means local law enforcement is always nearby. Reassuring when new to the city. Rooms are quiet never heard other guests. Dog friendly which is always plus! Great breakfast bar and helpful kind staff. Parking is downside so prepare for that, but the pros definitely make up for it. Almost everything you could want is within walking distance.
