Wonderful staff and service! Housekeeping accidentally broke my electric toothbrush during my stay... accidents happen. However they immediately reported it to me and ordered a replacement to be delivered 2 days later! Special thanks to Shemiah for her help!

Friendly staff, clean, quiet room. Good breakfast.
Front desk, housekeeping, and management are great. Rooms are cleaned regularly. Beds are plush. I stay in hotels 200+ nights out of the year and this is the first hotel that has been on top of every request. Wife says the breakfast is better that other brands at this level. Socials with snacks and drinks 3 nights a week is a plus. They also accommodated storing my luggage during g weekend trips home. Shannon way to go thaks for accommodating our work crew.
