Friendly staff, clean, quiet room. Good breakfast.
Front desk, housekeeping, and management are great. Rooms are cleaned regularly. Beds are plush. I stay in hotels 200+ nights out of the year and this is the first hotel that has been on top of every request. Wife says the breakfast is better that other brands at this level. Socials with snacks and drinks 3 nights a week is a plus. They also accommodated storing my luggage during g weekend trips home. Shannon way to go thaks for accommodating our work crew.
I stayed here last Monday on my partners points due to moving. He called to add me to his reservation earlier but the 3-11 gentleman informed he wasn’t informed . However he was fantastic! I loveeeee the social the tacos were soooo good. I would say the lady was rude as I never ever been to staybridge I got a drink was informed they would need to do it but there was literally no one there. She could’ve been nicer. The room was NICE! I had to transfer rooms due to me having a connecting room. However I like how quiet it was .
We had to ask for towels often, the housekeeping change out trash cans but leave the trash at the door. , if we don’t place it outside of the door, it doesn’t get toss out. There’s no trash bend to discard it. . Many times housekeeping would walk in the room without notice and my husband would be in the room sleep. After complaining, they would either not clean the room or just make up the beds and not replace the towels and/or trash bags. Please don’t leave any towels in the shower, they will not touch them.
