The Staybridge Suites Corning has a lot going for it: clean rooms, a well-equipped suite with full kitchen, complimentary breakfast, and a convenient location near the Corning Museum of Glass. For those reasons I would otherwise recommend it. However, I need to share an incident that occurred during my stay that I cannot overlook. My family had a really fantastic stay in August 2026. The parking was easy, the staff was kind and amenable to us checking in after midnight, the pool was great, the convenience to the museum can't be topped, and the basketball court and outdoor picnic areas were great touches. Truly the best part, though, was Graceann, who manages the morning breakfast and went above and beyond for my family. Our recent family experience was quite unpleasant here. The hotel itself is in a good place in Corning close to the museum and 5-10 mins drive from local shops, but, their service was not good. We paid nearly 850 for 2 nights here and the min we stepped in we were told the hot tub is order. The room had a few missing things like hand soap so did didn't look like it was prepared properly.
