Great stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly welcoming from check-in.
This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Rooms were disgustingly dirty after having to wait almost 2 hours past check in to get in rooms because they were supposedly getting cleaned. Carpets were wet and soggy, broken items in the bathroom. Dirty kitchen utensils. Stains all over the walls, and splatter all over the appliances in the kitchen. Front desk staff and the general manager were very rude and disrespectful. The general manager clearly does not like women at all and kept talking down to me and interrupting... read more
