Millie is Amazing She deserves a rise
SCAM - watch your credit cards. When I checked out on June 2, they charged my card a deposit for room service, which I did not use. I asked them to take it off of my card at check out. They said it would reverse. Two weeks later and three phone calls later, they had not done anything. Finally, they reversed the charges, only to charge my card again at the end of June, when I was in Europe. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC INFORMATION!!!!
Superb hotel with amazing staff and greatamenities. Stayed for a month working at OSU and the entire hotel staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I read a review a few reviews down and am shocked by the lady's comments. She seems extremely upset from what I read is being moved to another hotel. I can assure everyone looking for a safe restful place to look no other than the stay bridge on OLENTANGY OSU campus. Very please with staff and hotel. Clean and wonderful breakfast every morning. The menu was rotated each morning so you never get sick of the same old offerings
