I am an IHG Diamond Elite member and this hotel gave me the worst stay of my life. When we checked in on December 5th for room 232, they told us there was no parking at all and we had to park on the street at our own risk. After that, our entire night was ruined. From 2 AM to 7 AM, the night shift staff kept calling our room more than 5 times about a Toyota Camry parked under the canopy, even though we clearly told them multiple times that we have a Toyota Sienna parked on the street. Great place to stay, it was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The only issue we had was noisy people in the room across the hallway.
