Disappointing the elevator doesn't work and they put me on the 4th floor! Very frustrating to keep having to go up and 4 flights of stairs especially with work equipment. They don't even try to give customers an incentive for this huge inconvenience. I feel sorry for those with disabilities or who can't carry their luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Ridiculous!!!!
Tried to tell the front desk staff about some issues I had at check out and they got hostile and defensive, when the day before another front desk attendant said we could probably get a refund for one of the nights based on the level of issues but just bring it up at check out. When I tried to reach out online to management, they continued to be rude and shifted blame to other guests in the hotel, so I'm guessing it was the same people.
