Wanted to commend the hotel staff in general as it's a nice and clean hotel with clean rooms and super duper comfortable beds got a great night sleep!!! but second I'd love to thank the front desk late night shift aprox 10pm 8/25 Tanya. She was so polite nice and kind and went above and beyond with service with a smile working through a reservation issue with me. I’m currently staying at the Staybridge Suites Charlotte in Ballantyne. I continue to choose not only this IHG hotel, but this particular location due to its comfortable stay, clean environment and friendly staff experience. This time I would like to highlight Kristina, who works at the front desk. When I arrived she instantly remembered me from previous stays and greeted me with the same smile and wonderful hospitality as usual. She is always kind and courteous. Overall good experience. Breakfast and evening reception were as expected for the Staybeidge standard. Room was a bit on the small side with TV not facing the bed directly (odd in my opinion), and the shower water pressure wasn't stellar. My only other complaint was about the hot tub / spa. The water was hot, but the jets were clogged which made for a subpar experience (basically, a small pool with hot water). All else was ok.
