Great staff and great breakfast. I always appreciate the free laundry machines and the socials. Always a wonderful stay. Bonus for the walkability to Einstein Bagels, a terrific sushi restaurant and Tony's Pizza
The only thing this place had working for it was the location. Close to everything and lots of food options near by. Service is what killed my experience. Everyone I encountered here acted as if they could not be bothered with the simplest of task. Request hand soap on the very first day of arrival never got it. Requested towels never got it.
