We spent three nights here & enjoyed our stay. We looked forward to the breakfasts each morning & slept very well on the comfortable beds. The location is nice- a grocery store & restaurants nearby. Definitely would like to stay here again.
If I could give zero stars I would. This hotel charged me a no show fee and canceled my reservation after I was in communication with them the evening I was supposed to arrive about my vehicle breaking down 3 hours away with my entire family, dog included on the side of the road stranded. I didn’t tell them I wasn’t coming, I communicated what I was going through at the current time (around 8-9pm) and also have proof from AAA and told them I would try to figure out what I was doing. We stayed 2 nights here and were so pleased. The reception staff was very friendly and gave us the room location we asked for. Room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked . The breakfast was great with lots of fresh fruit choices. Last night we enjoyed their complimentary social hour. Staybridge Suites is a great value for the price and a beautiful motel. Would highly recommend.
