I am amazed at the great service, amenities, and value for my stay here. It has been a long time since I have stayed at a hotel where I can find nothing that I can say needs improvement! Thank you everyone for an amazing stay.
Personal ist eher verhalten, Zimmer schon recht abgewohnt, das Bettsofa hatte viele Braune Flecken ( darauf haben wir dann nicht geschlafen ), leider hatte unsere Zimmer ein Blick auf die Straße ( es war teilweise sehr laut ), Lage ist ca 10-15 min. bis zur Innenstadt Charleston, Frühstück war aber wirklich gut. Man kann die Küche benutzen ( Geschirr war leider teilweise auch noch dreckig ), aber der Geruch bleibt tagelang im Zimmer, da man kein Fenster öffnen kann und die Klimaanlage den Geruch nicht wirklich entfernt. My sister's and I have vacationed here before and had a great experience back in May. But this month when we came to check in, and yes we had reservations for a specific room I might add and had had for a couple of months. Anyway, when we got here to check in they wanted to give us a different room when I had reserved a balcony room, Eliss McKay said that room was taken. Staybridge is now our favorite hotel chain! We have always been Hilton fans, but IHG has become our new go to. This was our second stay with them, both in SC. They are the quietest rooms EVER. You don't even hear other doors closing in the hallway and not a peep from adjoining rooms. The breakfast presentation is spotless. Give them a try, you will not regret it!
