We rented a condo with an oceanfront balcony and there was construction going on the whole time during our stay. Workers hoisted up onto our bedroom balcony at 7:30 AM with wood slats to replace rotting ones on the outside of the building and also painting all week. Unbelievable! No mention of it when we booked. We left early.
Agree with all other comments. Booked a condo and got screwed out of our deposit. They won't answer emails or return phone calls. Do NOT use this company!!!!
Completely agree with the below reviews. It has been a 10 month nightmare for us. Getting an answer to any question is like pulling teeth - many times you get no response or have to follow-up on the situation until you die. Would NEVER recommend Stay Amelia to anyone and I will be telling everyone I know.

Condo and home owners beware of this business. They do not tell the truth, have nefarious accounting and will not explain remittances. They only answer calls that will reward them. Once they have you hooked, they could careless about you business. They use shell companies and file incorrect addresses to stay ahead of the bill collectors and their clients. If you upset them, they go from sweet as honey to your worst nightmare. Be careful if you attempt to fire them, they will screw you out of you money with fuzzy accounting. ... read more
