Our family had a disappointing experience with this counseling practice. We were told that paperwork from our daughter's pediatrician indicated she had autism and that the therapist was not qualified to work with autistic children. However, no paperwork from her pediatrician states that she has autism. Our daughter has been evaluated by specialists and was diagnosed with something else I don't to disclose here, but definitely not autism. Front desk lady is extremely rude!! How can you possibly run a counseling business with someone like that that runs the front office? Apparently she goes based off of whatever works for her schedule, not the patient and then sets up appointments without even confirming the date and time first. I would not recommend anyone to go here and it's only due to the front desk lady.
The counselors seem nice and I'm sure they are licensed. However, the woman that runs the office is hard to deal with. She treats each person differently. Unfortunately, she was NEVER courteous to us. She ALWAYS had a bad attitude and was very short and curt with us. Her extremely bad attitude made us find other services. When I tried to let someone know I was not believed and they completely dismissed that she was rude at all. I would not recommend them to anyone.
