Our stay far exceeded expectations- townhome felt very high quality, very clean, comfortable beds, and lovely spacious layout for our large family. Loved the proximity to downtown Winter Park and lots of kids activities in walking distance. Will plan to stay here again next time we visit. Thank you!
We stayed at the Trailhead condos in Winter Park. Our condo was incredibly clean, very comfortable & quiet. We were worried about not having AC, although we never needed it!! Our entire unit was well stocked with the basics. The only complaint that we could possibly give is that our entry light, inside the unit, was very dim. I'm not sure if that's the way it was supposed to be or not. Needless to say, we already have that same unit on hold for next year.
Everything was as advertised. We visited in mid-late August and had perfect weather to explore the area. It was nice to have the option of sitting on the balcony in the evening. We also took advantage of the community pool and hot tubs available.
Great condo. It is perfect for a single or couple traveling to the Winter Park area. Working with Stay Winter Park could not be easier. Competitive pricing along with great service
Plumbing problems from day 1 Dishwasher would not drain We reset dishwasher multiple times ended up hand washing dishes Washing machine same problem smelled horrible would not use it Master bathroom toilet backed up as well Lack of cable or dish television in this day and age is ridiculous Management went out of their way to correct issues with rental unit
