The location was perfect and the company kept us informed every step as we came closer to our date .
Special shout out to Jim in maintenance for getting the patio door back on its track and explaining how to lack the door properly!!!!!
No hot water during our third night stay. Room could use a little update, overall, a good location and served its purpose
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Upon arrival (dinner time on a Friday) the unit was over 90 degrees with the window shades being left wide open absorbing the sun. Anyone who spends any time in the mtns knows you need to manage sunlight for temp control. The unit had no A/C (ok for mtns), 1 sliding glass door, and 1 operable window to open in the bedroom. Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay. Very clean and spacious unit and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We definitely want to stay here again!
