Nearest appointments are typically weeks out. You can call in but good luck getting a call back. I usually average 12 calls before soneone even answers. If you dont call exactly at 7, chances are no will ever answer. Nurses are fine but reception is very rude and seem to be upset that you are calling or coming in. They always tell me they can and want to be your primary care but they are so unfriendly, unreliable, and unavailable that i would never risk it.
I’ve been calling and leaving voicemails since September 25 today is 9/30 and nobody has answered or called me back I tried the website to make and appointment & no progress. Had this place shut down? What’s going on.??
I had a wonderful experience at the clinic today! Eston Littleboy, PA, is absolutely amazing—professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. Nurse Cheryl was just as fantastic—kind, attentive, and very caring. They both took the time to listen and made sure all my questions were answered. I truly felt cared for and respected. Highly recommend this team!
Front desk staff are very rude and unprofessional. Doctors are okay, but I wouldn't recommend for anything other than very basic medical care and tests, and even those will likely be inaccurate. Definitely not for the more detailed or severe health problems.
