I’ve been loving my experience here. I’ve been seeing Verity for postpartum recovery and can highly recommend her. I’ve also been joining some group rehab sessions with Katie which have been great, too!
Katie is truly amazing. She listened carefully, clearly explained everything and thoroughly assessed the symptoms I presented with. The follow-up information and links to my rehabilitation exercises were sent promptly and were very easy to access, allowing me to get started straight away. I highly recommend Katie and Stay Tuned Sports Medicine.
I have been treated by Verity for a Rotator Cuff injury. It’s a slow recovery but I’m sure the care I receive has sped it up. I also love that I can walk with my dog and he is welcome
It must be over 5 years since I have been going to Stay Tuned and have never been anything but 100% satisfied with their service! Verity is absolutely amazing but if I haven’t been able to get in to see her everybody else has been fantastic too. I have learnt so much and appreciate that in between visits I now have enough knowledge to maintain my body with appropriate exercises until my next visit without too many hiccups.
This is a very professional and comprehensive service with highly skilled practitioners. Amy is brilliant - extremely knowledgeable, engaging and a great communicator.
