Gabriel is fantastic. Highly recommended. Shoulder and knee pain began limiting my progression in the gym and I noticed pain just walking up stairs or getting into/out of cars. My PT recommended to go see Gabe After 2 visits and a comprehensive stretch+strength plan and I am seeing immediate pain relief. Gabe's explanations of what's contributing to the pain and why the interventions will reduce pain are excellent. I am extraordinarily grateful for the pain relief and the evidence backed interventions
Took my young son to see Emily the Osteopath recently. 10/10, she not only fixed his problem foot in 1 session but she was also very engaging, thorough & analytical . I’ve been going to the clinic off & on over the years. Recommending with the highest esteem!
My experience is only positive. I visit Elwood branch regularly for the massage, Kirstan is great, I am very glad I’ve found her. She helped me a lot with sports related traumas and general muscle relaxation. Staff is nice and friendly. I can wholeheartedly recommend the place.
