Tint Had vehicle in for window tinting,had to have redone twice, First time for dirt and debris under film,when I picked up car inside smelled of dirty water, Second time around picked up car and driving home noticed one small scratch in middle of window film on drivers side, passenger side also had noticeable scratch on other side of film about 1/4 inch, Not Happy, Owner has no personality but at least refunded 1/2 of job. Will never go back!!
Stereo/Nav install I had them install an Alpine radio into my 350Z. They were very competitive on price. Told me upfront that they would have to order a dash kit and when it would be in. Scheduled an appt. working around my schedule. Small glitch getting the bluetooth to pair with my phone, however stayed with it and eventually got it perfect with no surprise or hidden fees. Very good experience.
High Prices And Poor Service I called around for a remote starter to be installed in my vehicle and this shop was one of the highest quotes. They also couldn't get my vehicle in for service at the times I've needed. The salesperson I talked to seemed disinterested on the phone. I would not reccomend this place for any work.
Prices are too high I've been here on multiple occasions. Sometimes I visited to shop around and get a price quote from them for various items like a new headlight kit, underbody led kit, sound system, etc. Every time I got a quote, they were the highest.
Poor Customer Service I went to StayTuned to have a car stereo/satellite radio receiver installed that I received as a Christmas present. I made it clear beforehand what brand of car I had and brand of stereo. The representative on the phone said it would be no problem to install despite the fact I did not purchase the stereo from them and they do it all the time. Car alarms and remote starts We had three remote starts put into our cars. They are awesome! Especially with WI winters it is really nice to start your car remotely so it is nice and warm when you get in. No one can 'steal' your car because without a key there is no way to go anywhere. As soon as the brake is tapped the engine turns off without a key. We have had one problem in our Acura, but to be honest we think it is a problem with the car, not the remote start.
