Highly recommend, great people, great staff and even better knowledge and teaching the skills of jiu jitsu. Great atmosphere regardless of skill level. I come from ny all way here weekly and I will continue to travel here. As someone who runs a business I can tell you how important it is for that connection with customers and something as small as someone remembering your name is something that stuck with me from day 1. Do not hesitate to come try a class you will not be disappointed!
Everyone is Very friendly and the coaches are Great at teaching. The atmosphere in the Gym is amazing and I feel like I’m always encouraged and motivated after each class to learn more next session. The Coaches really do care and make an effort to know you on a personal level and make sure you’re having a good time Learning.
I’ve really enjoyed training at Stay Strong. The excellent coaching and fun, competitive environment have made for an awesome jiu-jitsu experience.
