First time customer while visiting Sydney. Easy booking process, appointment ran on time, great atmosphere from staff discussing haircut techniques amongst themselves, super knowledgeable staff to meet different haircut requirements (ie dealing with multiple crowns, cow-licks).
Really nice shop, guy took time out of his break to give me a cut which he certainly didn't have to do. For that I'd say big thumbs up great customer service. Price wasn't bad either.
