I would put 0 stars if I could. Kris, the aesthetician, has no regard for customer service. She cancelled on me last minute and then when I tried to contact her to reschedule, she ignored me the first time and then sent me a long, hateful message the second time telling me what a rude person I was for not using the website. Instead of apologizing for not getting back to me, she blamed me for not using the scheduling feature on the website. I cancelled her same day due to my mother being admitted to the hospital for a life threatening emergency that she’s still fighting as of today.
