Great service, clean units.
No customer service onsite. If there is the slightest possibility that you’ll need human interaction. I wouldn’t recommend this type of storage facility. Every aspect is totally hands off. Phone calls recorded and analyzed by AI but nothing to directly help the customer if an unexpected issue arises. Pricing reflects hands off style customer service. Application process was easy totally online.
These folks are LOCAL and they care!! Walked me thru the whole process of getting a storage unit and what a storage unit! Great value for a clean space!!
