Did an excellent job for my family. Staff throughout the organization were professional and flexible. Staff making in-person visits were reliable and always on time. Administrators were prompt when responding to questions. I felt that family members were safe when tended to by staff, which is essential. One in-home staff member was a particularly good fit - especially upbeat, attentive, and kind.
