With only one days notice, the company was able to do an intake on my mother and begin providing Sitter services at a very competitive rate. They minimize the number of caregivers to improve familiarity for my mom, and the sitters were kind, caring, and anxious too understand. The specific care needs that my mother had. I have nothing negative to say about their service.
My husband was matched with two caregivers who did a wonderful job. The company was very responsive and they were able to accommodate flexibility when it came to unknown factors. Once our caregiver team was identified, they were consistent (did not have different caregivers coming which would have been very disruptive to my husband). The caregivers were patient and compassionate and gave me useful tips on how to manage situations for my husband with Parkinson's/dementia. I have had absolutely wonderful experiences with Stay Home Care. All of my calls and requests/changes have been handled promptly and professionally. The caregivers have been so very good, very sensitive to my needs, on time and a pleasure to have in my home. I will certainly recommend Stay Home Care
This place is something else. I set up my initial orientation for this past Thursday I unfortunately had to reschedule due to my license expiring the following day and I didn't realize it. I did contact them to let them know why I needed to reschedule. They acted like it's no big deal and my orientation was set up for today which was Tuesday.
