I have had absolutely wonderful experiences with Stay Home Care. All of my calls and requests/changes have been handled promptly and professionally. The caregivers have been so very good, very sensitive to my needs, on time and a pleasure to have in my home. I will certainly recommend Stay Home Care
This place is something else. I set up my initial orientation for this past Thursday I unfortunately had to reschedule due to my license expiring the following day and I didn't realize it. I did contact them to let them know why I needed to reschedule. They acted like it's no big deal and my orientation was set up for today which was Tuesday. I get there NOBODY and I mean NOBODY is there or answering any phones. So I emailed the lady and asked what I should do she said that she canceled it. I never received it and when I got... read more
They have to get their stuff together, they set up orientation with my friend rescheduled it to a sooner time then she had to renew her license so they all agreed to move it to Tuesday the following week. She went up there driving over 1.5 hours total wasting her gas and money she could of made only for them to be playing games. This is very unfortunate because she is a very hardworking and too good for a very unprofessional caregiver company like this.
