We have been with Stay Graceful or a 3 months now. They are providing home health aides to take care of our young daughter who has some medical needs. I have been primarily working with Erika for coordination and she has been amazing and even personally filled in several times for aides when they had to call out. So far we have always had coverage and I feel confident that they have back up staff in place so that we won't be left in a bad spot. The manager displayed a clear lack of trust towards her employees. As a manager, it is your responsibility to train and support your team in learning from their mistakes, yet I was treated like I was incompetent and my concerns were dismissed. It's disheartening when a manager refuses to listen or acknowledge the issues presented by their team. Accusing me of dishonesty is simply unacceptable.
