The manager displayed a clear lack of trust towards her employees. As a manager, it is your responsibility to train and support your team in learning from their mistakes, yet I was treated like I was incompetent and my concerns were dismissed. Wonderful place to work for. I love the clients and my weekly visits with them to help maintain their nursing needs.
The office staff is very caring and really try to help you with your needs. The caregivers are the most caring and thoughtful people I have ever met. It was a great experience to have transferred to them.
