Great positive environment! I was nervous about going to the gym because of judgment, but not here!! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming!! Definitely recommend this gym!!! Adam is AWESME!
Jiu-jitsu classes are fun, great exercise and you learn self defense. Currently running 5 classes a week
I never thought I’d enjoy going to the gym, but Stay Fit proved me wrong. As a bigger woman, gyms can feel intimidating and aren’t always a positive experience, but everyone at Stay Fit is kind, encouraging, and truly rooting for you. Training with Adam has been a game changer. He understands my injury limitations and builds workouts that challenge me safely. Even in a short time, I’ve noticed real improvements — physically and mentally. I am so glad I gave this gym a chance and can’t wait to see what the future brings!
Great atmosphere, excellent staff. Adam really cares about the members.
