This gym is hands down the best place I’ve trained. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, the atmosphere is motivating, and the staff genuinely cares about your progress. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, you never feel out of place here. The trainers are knowledgeable, supportive, and push you without overdoing it. I actually look forward to coming in, which says a lot. Highly recommend to anyone serious about their health and fitness.

Best 24hour gym in town, great trainers, and even better people. Large space for CrossFit and fast foot work, also mats for judo, jiu jitsu, boxing etc… youth class currently twice a week so kids can come and work out!

I would give a 10 star if I could. I came back after years of thinking I could get the same results at home (I actually acted like Adam was right beside me making sure I finished the workout WITH good form)..but of course he wasn’t really, so I’d quit early. But I’m back and even brought along my 2 daughters and 2 of my grand kids (no phones!). Now I have Adam back making sure I AM in good form (even while standing ;). This gym has completely changed the way I feel about working out. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, motivating, and judgment-free.
