I go there and different age groups, very friendly and proffesional. I LIKEit
Old school type gym, steel plates, tires etc. Great gym, they have a women's section too which is nice
Cheap membership which is the only real reason you can’t complain. Decent space, equipment. Seems to be on its twilight years, hours cater more to employees than members. It is constantly closed earlier than I would imagine and its holiday hours are tough to meet if you work. Joined because I wanted to avoid planet fitness but constantly turned away by early closing hours.
