We arrived to check in and waited for 15 minutes with nobody showing up. We called the number on the door and rang the bell. Waste of time and having to call the bank for the online booking refund.

I’ve seen a big improvement here lately! I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was a major step up. The property is definitely headed in the right direction. The staff really made the stay for me. the guy at the front desk was super welcoming, and you can tell the head housekeeper is working hard because the room was much cleaner than in the past. It’s great to see a team that cares. I’ll definitely be back to see the continued progress

I stayed in one of the renovated rooms and it was very nice, very clean. The front desk worker was polite and had a great attitude. The housekeeper was amazing really went above and beyond and she made the stay comfortable. We will definitely be staying here every time we are in town!!

Y’all…there were so many roaches when we came in I lost count. Stains on both sets of sheets and the wall, the room does not smell good. But the roaches everywhere are what got me. How hard is it to bug bomb your rooms? There’s traps everywhere but they obviously aren’t doing the job.
