Alex is friendly, encouraging, has great energy and is serious about helping you achieve your personal fitness goals. The ladies in the classes are great also. Warm and fun. 😊
I enjoy the motivation and the workouts. It's a great place to train for all levels. Times are flexor and they're very accommodating. Love this place!
