Called Josh on Monday morning to get a bid for a new heat pump Josh showed up at the time he said, gave me a lot lower lower price than I had received from another company. Came back at 5:00 pm and I had a new unit by 8:00 pm. Josh is very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Stay cool Frost
