Experience to date. Unreliable. Basic service questions after numerous contact attempts were hit n miss. Booking attempts for a deep hot clean hall rug/lounge rug remain unanswered. How long to dry/How long would the job take/What access to water required etc. Perhaps the job was too small? Tried to book a final attempt with 2 date availability options. No reply. I'd look elsewhere.
Amazing service !!we called at 10am with an emergency .Rob had the job done by 2pm. We will certainly use these people again .
Neil arrived at my house today to clean all the carpet in the house, the carpet hadn't been cleaned in quite a few years, Neil did a fantastic job i was very happy with the job. Will be using stay clean carpet cleaning in the future.
Had our lounge and rug cleaned. Could not be happier with how the lounge turned out considering we have a 22 month old and 6 month old. Will definitely be using them again in the future. Prices very reasonable.
