Damaged My Car – Refused to Take Responsibility, I wish I had option to give 0 Star. I had a terrible experience at Mr. Car Wash. During a routine wash, their equipment damaged my vehicle and broke the windshield wiper cover. I immediately reported the issue and filed a claim, hoping they would take accountability for the damage. However, their response was extremely disappointing. Attention to detail was the highest quality. I even noticed a spot where someone had scuffed the side of my wife’s car, and I pointed it out, and they used a high-speed buffer and got rid of it immediately.! Thx so much!
I’ve been to a few different full service car wash services in the past— Mr. Clean CarWash in Buford is by far the best car wash I’ve ever experienced. Personal shout out to Savannah, who went above and beyond with cleaning/vacuuming/shining every square inch of my car as if it was her own.
