I wish I had read the reviews warning about Stay Charlottesville’s customer service and professionalism before booking. Consider this your warning. Our daughter-in-law’s father was just diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer that has metastasized to his bones. He is in tremendous pain as it has traveled up and down his spine and into the base of his skull. Property was unique and clean. That’s where the good part stops. The property sits on the very busy road with trucks and buses passing a few feet from the very lovely but unusable veranda. Neighbors fighting, dogs barking and the owners about on the property playing -laughing- talking - hammering away while constructing a play fort for the children !! Just steps from the door.
