Removing my review and editing. We had a amazing experience with 5 staff in Welland. Donna, Rita and Jenny and lil. And kate-lynn other than that it changed so quickly .. disappointed in how many things changed there. They cancel, the change of staff in office is crazy. Nothing is consistent

Somayeh that sees mom in the evening takes initiative and takes care of moms cat, cleans her apartment and calls family to connect mom on each visit. Some of the other staff were leaving over 15 minutes early when they are paid to stay there for an hour.
