An awful experience from a supposed professional care company. The PSW worker refused to give my mother a shower, which is one of her basic needs. The PSW worker had no idea how to use a vacuum cleaner to do basic carpet cleaning. This is something a child could figure out! The PSW worker watched as my mother vacuumed the carpet. When my mother was finished the PSW worker suggested they could “play a game”. Wonderful. We have been super happy with the services provided and found Bukayo and Eva to be caring and patient with my sister. They added greatly to her mental health in the weeks of service to her. We give them 5 stars in all areas. JEAN PETHER
Removing my review and editing. We had a amazing experience with 5 staff in Welland. Donna, Rita and Jenny and lil. And kate-lynn other than that it changed so quickly .. disappointed in how many things changed there. They cancel, the change of staff in office is crazy. Nothing is consistent
