The parking was a little confusing but the checking process with the security guard at the front was very smooth once we came inside of the condo it had a really bad odor,the stove and oven is dirty, kitchen items are mostly missing(like the dish washing liquid, pots and the tops to them,, there are no cooking utensils at all,mirror in the bed room is dirty,the the shower is dirty and the is a hole in the ceiling, and the washer has some weird substance where I'm supposed to put my bleach and fabric softener and also there's... read more

Worst hotel They rip you off Do not go to this hotel - they are keeping all deposits although closed during virus. SCUMBAGS of the century.

SO. when I first arrive to the building I could tell it's new and still renovating. I got a two bedroom, seemed clean. I took a look on the balcony and there was a hole on the floor , not safe at all. Later in the night we were laying in the master bedroom I heard a crack, snap on the bed. The bed had caved in on one side, but ive noticed that this isn't the first time this bed has been broken since I seen there was a wooden block holden up the other side of the bed. This company is unethical! Horrible customer service during such times of uncertainty. Avoid this brand!
