Great price point. Very clean building and apartment. Even had a gym. Walking distance to Broadway. Would stay again. Thank you.
Hotel We stayed in Stay Alfred at Rolling Mill Hill room 201 during Martin Luther King Jr weekend for a three night stay. The total cost was $556.78, and we were incredibly disappointed with our stay and do not feel as if the cost was justified. Giving this place a 1 star is honestly generous. This is the email I sent to Stay Alfred on the 26 th December and have not received any reply so far , so just decided to post it today 29 th dec 2019 . Good morning and Merry Christmas . We are currently in unit 501 after being transferred from unit 317 because the previous tenant did not leave the door fob and the parking pass. Since we came quite late on the 22nd December , we did not notice the state of the unit until the next morning. We called the management to report it . Staying here was nice, close enough to downtown that I didn't mind walking and the room was in good shape. I saw a fair number of online complaints about the difficulty of checking in but if you follow the directions they send you it's not bad at all. Parking was the only issue I had, just double parked, went up to the room, got the parking pass then went in the garage.
Low key, nice place, priced point per nite lower than surrounding dwntwn hotels. Check in process is a bit more involved but generally worth the additional effort. Will probably book again. Take a screen shot of your check in information details (it will save you a bunch of time logging in their site everytime). Only con: wifi password did not work.
