Sadly we had to take our elderly dog to Stawell for an urgent euthanasia on a sunday, Anna was our vet, she was caring, gentle and supportive, she made a very difficult day as easy as she could.
Dr Morgan was amazing. Dog is usually shaking like crazy with all but one vet in the past and she made him so comfortable. Friendly and polite staff. Very happy with our first visit here ☺️
I cannot rate this vet highly enough. When I needed checkups for my dog, I was booked quickly, and the price is extremely reasonable. And, on the most heart-wrenching day of our lives when our headstrong bulldog girl got bitten by a snake, their receptionist provided cpr instructions over the phone while we drove the 15minutes to the vet. And then when we pulled up, 6 or 7 vets ran out and did everything they could to save her. They were exhausted, and heartbroken with us when she didn't make it.
