I think there is a need to recommend Stavros because of the unfair and biased condemnation they have received in the past from local health authorities and the local media. Found a tooth in my SALAD!! I found a mutated tooth in my salad today 6-9-2011 and all the restaurant said to me was, "what do you want me to do about it".. It was horrific; the tooth was black at the bottom. Very horrible experience! Nasty beyond words..
The worst place ever to eat! The worst service ever! After 10 years it still sucks. How does this place stay in business?? My sandwich was soggy and disgusting. I should have asked for my money back!
Dinner: The pizza dough is the worst. Dry and tasteless. The sauce was bland. It's got to be tourist keeping this place in business because one of the worse pizzas I have ever had. I can't believe the locals would keep eating here. I'm from up north and still on the hunt for a great pizza and I have been here over 30 years.
DISGUSTING!!! Do not eat there! my friend worked there for a minute and felt compelled to quit because the guilt she felt serving the food prepared by such unsanitary "cooks". I was told of the manager stirring things using his bare hands, taste testing foods by shoveling it into his mouth by hand and bits and pieces falling out of his mouth back into the food! 1 particular cook was extremely intoxicated constantly and was preparing food with an oozing infected wound on his hand!
